St Brigid's School Collie is a single stream K-7 primary school with a current enrolment of
173 children. An enthusiastic and dedicated staff of 21 enables our school to provide quality education.
School Board:
St Brigid's School Collie School Board assists the Principal in the financial management of the school and is responsible to the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia.
School Board finances consist of parent paid fees, state funding and Commonwealth Government grants.
The School Board meets on the third Thursday of each month.
Each year the Annual General Meeting of the school community is held in November. At this meeting a report on Board activities and the election of members for the following year takes place.
The Principal and the Parish Priest are ex-officio members of the Board.
P&F Association :
The St Brigid's School Collie Parents and Friends Association is an important body within the school and a vital communication link between parents and the school.
Much of the development of our teaching resources has been the direct result of the generous endeavours of the executive and members of our Parents and Friends’ Association. All parents are members of the P&F Association and are encouraged to take part in the array of social and fundraising functions.
The P&F Association meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month and reports its yearly activities at the community meeting in November.
